1. Payment method
- When placing an order, you can choose from three payment methods: cash on delivery / ATM / credit card
- For fragrance powder from outlying islands, please pay first and then we will send it out for you.
- If the order exceeds 5,000 yuan, payment must be made first before shipping for you.
- If you have two orders and need "combined shipping" or "accumulation for free shipping", you can fill in the remarks column when placing the order. The shipping staff will inquire according to the name and phone number of the orderer and handle it for you quickly. (About 1-2 working days, not including holidays).
2. Shipping & delivery methods
- Optional delivery methods: home delivery/supermarket pick-up
- Home delivery: The goods will arrive about 1-2 days after shipment. The driver will contact you by phone. If you are not at home temporarily, you can change the appointment time over the phone.
- Supermarket pick-up: Arrival takes about 3-4 days after shipment, and an "arrival SMS" will be sent to notify you at the same time.
- Shipping time: Every Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays and regular holidays). If shipments are suspended due to special circumstances, an announcement will be made on the FB fan page.
- Shipping method: It will take about 7 working days after the order is placed, and will be sent out in accordance with the order of the order. There will be a "shipping SMS" notification after the order is sent!
- Small reminder: In order to protect your rights and interests, please do not refuse or fail to pick up the goods without reason to avoid being blacklisted by KP Memory Fragrance, Logistics and Supermarkets.
3. How to purchase on offshore islands
- Privately message the customer service staff on the FB fan page ➜ "ATM transfer" or "swipe card" to pay first ➜ Provide an address for delivery!

5. Seven - day appreciation period & return / exchange instructions
- Consumers who purchase on the official website can enjoy the seven-day appreciation period (not a trial period) in accordance with [Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law].
- Due to the purchase on the official website, returns/exchanges/goods cannot be made at general store counters and channels.
- If you have any doubts about the product before purchasing, you can go to general retail counters and channels to try it out or refer to netizen reviews.
- Please video or take photos of the entire process of unpacking the packaged goods to help prove that the goods are defective, damaged during transportation, or do not match the order content.
- And send us a private message within the seven-day appreciation period [please provide your phone number, name, order number, photo or video] and we will replace it with the same new product, and we will bear the return shipping fee. Please forgive me for not being able to process it after this period.
- If you need to return or exchange goods, please do so within the seven-day reward period [starting from the day after you receive the goods to seven days]. The goods must be brand new and unopened (including plastic sealing film and sealing stickers).

We will not be able to handle returns for you under the following circumstances, please note that this will not affect your rights.
- More than seven days of appreciation period
- Items that have been opened and used

2. Returned goods must be packed in cartons, and the home delivery driver will be asked to collect the returned goods.

Refunds will be made on the Tuesday after receiving the goods (if it is a national holiday, it will be postponed to next week), and no further notice will be given after the refund!
- Things to note after returning goods:
If you apply for a partial return/refund, the order amount after the return does not meet the discounts of the original order, and you will not be able to enjoy the original discounts, such as: free shipping for orders over 1,000, free gifts for purchases over 1,000, discount combinations, etc.
6.Invoice
- KP Memory Fragrance will "issue an invoice" for every order. In order to comply with the government's "paperless invoice policy", we will all use "electronic invoices". Please fill in "E-mail" or "Vehicle" when placing an order. (If there is no E-mail, the electronic invoice will be automatically sent to the KP memory fragrance mailbox, and additional notification will be given if there is a prize)
- Winning invoices will be notified by "SMS". After providing the "e-mail address", use "E-mail" to send the "Supermarket Print Notification Letter". After receiving it, you can go to the "FamilyMart" to print it.
- If you need a "copying/header", please send us a private message or leave a note on the order. After the issuance is completed, an "electronic invoice" will be sent to your mailbox. You need to print it out by yourself. Please be sure to place an order within the month of "Purchasing" Applications made before the 5th of the following month will not be accepted, so please be aware.
